ALOHA from West Maui Parasail, home of the "Thrill ride in the sky". We are Maui’s premier
parasail company. With over 200,000 flights since 1985, our skilled captains and crew are among the
most experienced in the business. we have been in operation for over 20 years.
What is Parasailing? Imagine soaring high above the Pacific Ocean in a specially designed
parachute while being towed behind a high tech speed boat. Our custom built winch boats are "state
of the art", utilizing a hydraulic launch and recovery system. This provides for easy take-off
and landings directly from the flight deck of the boat. Each ride is under control for an
effortless ocean thrill ride. You don’t even have to get wet!
 We have a fleet of five Parasail boats with the
two newest being Ocean Pro 31', 12-passenger
Parasail boats for those larger groups. Our other 3 Parasail boats are all 6 passenger boats and
are also custom built specifically for Parasailing. Whether you are all by yourself or a large
group we are more than happy to take you to new heights.
We offer single, tandem (two people flying together) and triple (3 people
together) rides. We offer two flights, 600 foot flight and the 800 foot
flight, this is the length of the line. The distance off the water is
approximately 38 stories for the 600 ft. flight and 50 stories for the 800 ft.
flight. Each ride lasts about 8 - 10 minutes.
LOCATION: We have two locations: Lahaina Harbor and Kaanapali Beach.
Lahaina Location: West Maui Parasail is the only parasail company with a permit to operate from historic
Lahaina Harbor. We have a privately owned sales desk and boat dock at Slip 15. Enjoy a harbor tour
as you are whisked out to the parasail boat aboard our custom water taxi, the "Dolphin". Several
shops, restaurants and public restrooms are located nearby for your convenience.

Kaanapali Location: We are located on the beach just south (towards Lahaina) of the
Hyatt Maui. Park at Hanakao`o Beach Park, walk down the beach and look for our Parasail umbrella
and shuttle boat. Customers in Kaanapali can either take the free shuttle "Kaanapali Trolley",
or they can take the beach walk and stroll down to the south end of the Hyatt beach. The
Kaanapali Trolley is available after 10:00 am.

SEASON: We operate every day from May 16 through December 14 each year. The migration of the
Humpback Whale through the Hawaiian waters prevents us from operating year round.
 RESERVATIONS: Because our Parasail season is a short seven months, we fill up fast. It’s not
unusual to be sold out two to three days in advance during the busy summer months. We advise making
reservations early to allow you to schedule exactly the time you need, to fit into your hectic
vacation schedule. Be sure to book your reservation and get directions to one of our TWO
locations - Lahaina Harbor or Kaanapali Beach (South end). This is one activity you must be sure not to miss! You can make reservations by
